Shipping policy
Marnio ships to all countries within the European Union.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Some items may require a little additional preparation time because they are made to order.
Delivery typically takes around 1 to 2 weeks from the date of your order, depending on the destination country and carrier operations.
We offer standard shipping only. Shipping costs are shown clearly on the website and at checkout before the order is completed.
Tracking is provided for all orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.
Please note that processing times and delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.
If there is a shipping delay, we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery estimate.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by email at support@marnio.nl and include your order number and, if possible, photos of the damage.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel from a collection point, we reserve the right to charge any return and reshipping costs.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
