Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship across the European Union.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders within the EU.

How long will my order take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks, depending on your location in the EU.

Will I get tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking confirmation by email so you can follow it to your door.

Returns & refunds

Can I return an item?
Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all parts and accessories included.

How do I start a return?
Please contact us first at support@marnio.nl before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process the refund within 3 business days of approval, to your original payment method.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@marnio.nl and we’ll review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Products & materials

What are your lamps made from?
We curate lighting for considered proportions and quality materials — brass, glass, linen and sculptural forms. Each product page describes the specific materials and dimensions of that piece.

Is assembly difficult?
No. Our pieces are designed for simple setup, and everything needed for assembly is included in the box.

What bulbs do your lamps use?
The fitting and recommended bulb type are listed on each product page. If anything is unclear, just ask us before ordering.
