Refund policy

At Marnio, customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all parts, tags, manuals, and accessories included. Items that show signs of use, damage caused during installation, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, you must contact us first before sending anything back. Return requests must be submitted by email to: support@marnio.nl

For returns due to a change of mind made within the legal withdrawal period, we refund the full amount paid for the returned item.

For non-defective returns, including returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund without undue delay and, in any event, within 3 business days of approval.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We also accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us by email at support@marnio.nl before returning the product.

Returned items must not be sent without prior approval. If a return is sent without contacting us first, it may not be accepted.

This policy applies to orders placed across the European Union.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@marnio.nl so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved.
